Dave Crandon
I find the effort to do something creative a real challenge. I quite often find myself stuck trying to figure out what is worth doing. What is worth the effort to me? And what type of work might be of value or interest to others? After several years of trying to hone my skills on pastel landscapes, I’m just not particularly inspired to work on pretty pictures any more. Instead, I find myself intrigued by what goes on inside – the emotions that we all experience, and the ways in which we react to them. My hope is that, through a few simple lines and shapes, I can convey emotions in a way that others will recognize and appreciate. |
