Kathleen Swaydan

​My still-life compositions combine a variety of organic and non-organic objects to create an interesting composition. My landscape paintings are representative of places I've lived or visited. The transition from watercolor to oil allows me to incorporate more vivid color and texture in my paintings. Each painting carries a certain symbolic image for me and, I hope, for the viewer.
